Cyrus, 17, hung out by the hotel pool with friends and made some phone calls while relaxing in the sun Thursday.
Miley, who previously dated Nick Jonas, is reportedly seeing Liam Hemsworth, her Australian co-star in The Last Song. Cyrus split from underwear model Justin Gaston, 21, in June.
