She was a skinny thirteen-year-old at the time, and her win added to the ongoing debate over what's age-appropriate in fashion; the dust-up helped boost Kerr's career and she has since modelled for designers, magazines and catalogs. A multi-racial and dimpled brunette, Kerr gained a higher profile in 2006 when she signed on with Maybeline cosmetics and was picked to model lingerie for Victoria's Secret.

Flaunting her good looks to help sell a little product, Miranda Kerr looked stunning as she partook in a new ad shoot for lingerie giant Victoria's Secret.The Aussie hottie playfully rolled around on a bed in various undergarments as photogs captured the action for a new cotton underwear ad campaign.

Aside from work duties, Miss Kerr recently confessed that she was shocked when fiance Orlando Bloom asked for her hand in marriage."We have been together for a while now and we had talked about it, but when it actually happened it was a total surprise," Miranda said.
